Coming out of the womend washroom, I tripped over the housekeeping bucket. My fault, totally, but there was a man behind the service desk, he didn't ask if I was ok, call me clumsy, anything. He didn't even look up. It wasn't just a trip, I stumbled to the desk, I do have a skin tear on my right knee, through my pants. He could have at least acknowledged me.
